Mr. Wernick has been a member of Nova Labs for 5 years, where he volunteers as an events coordinator, teaches classes, and runs his personal business, Theta Composites. He has an engineering background and a passion for innovation.

Mr. Briggs is an innovator and entrepreneur who develops new technologies for global organizations. His support of the Empower2Make program has been instrumental in bringing this program to life.

JENNYFER PETERSON

Ms. Peterson is the operations manager and cornerstone of Nova Labs. Her tireless volunteer efforts to support the space and the maker community have made much of the growth of Nova Labs possible.

PATRICK THOMPSON

Mr. Thompson has been a member of Nova Labs for 5 years, where he volunteers and teaches classes on 3D Computer-Aided Design, Manufacturing Techniques, Laser-cutting & 3D Printing. He coordinates our hugely popular Cyber Security training classes. He has an engineering & management background and a passion for the maker movement.

JADE GARRETT

Ms. Garrett is an experienced maker with a demonstrated history of creating and leading many programs and projects that have greatly impacted the higher education, startup, and manufacturing industries. A community leader in the Maker Movement, she is driving Entrepreneurship, STEM Education and Innovation across the country.

Mr. Keen is a Physical Product Person. As an established community leader in the innovation and manufacturing space, he is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs through the hardware product development process from concept to market. His company, Red Blue Collective has been supporting inventors and entrepreneurs at Nova Labs for 2 years.

Mr. Hogarty is a business consultant and physical product development specialist. As the Director of Operations at Red Blue Collective, he has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs build a path to success. He leverages his hands-on manufacturing experience to guide clients past costly pitfalls often associated with bringing a product to market.
